Checkout collects the email and payment details needed to deliver an eSIM. Payment data is processed by Whop. We use the email to send the QR and order updates.

Short policies for the Kovitel storefront. The live shop policies on kovitel.com remain the merchant record until this site replaces them.
Refund policy
If the QR cannot be delivered, or the eSIM cannot be installed on a compatible unlocked phone, contact admin@kovitel.com before the plan has connected in Vietnam.
Terms of service
Plans are tourist data eSIMs on the Viettel network. Daily high-speed data is 5GB. The +84 number receives calls and SMS only. Validity starts at the first connection in Vietnam.
Shipping policy
There is no physical shipment. The eSIM QR is delivered by email, usually within 5–10 minutes after payment.
