Do I need to upload my passport or complete eKYC?
No. Our tourist eSIMs are pre-configured specifically for international visitors. You simply scan the QR code to install and your phone will connect to Viettel 5G immediately upon arrival in Vietnam without submitting passport photos or waiting in airport queues.
Is this a genuine Viettel eSIM?
Yes. Kovitel provides official Viettel 5G eSIM — local network, not a roaming reseller.
When does the data plan start?
Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to Viettel in Vietnam, not when the QR arrives.
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most unlocked iPhone XS and later, plus many recent Android phones, support eSIM. Use our compatibility checker before you buy.
Can I use hotspot?
Yes. Genuine Viettel eSIM plans from Kovitel support hotspot/tethering.
How fast is QR delivery?
Most orders are emailed within 5–10 minutes after payment.
